Having great lips, no matter which size and shape, is not at all difficult. First, you have to stop biting or licking your lips. Such behavior leads to chapped lips, not a nice sight you will agree.
Get rid of the chappines and fleakynes with a bit of help from the simplest tool available: the toothbrush. If you're in a hurry you can use your own toothbrush to gently massage the lips, but it would be best to buy a toothbrush with soft bristles and use it only for this purpose.
You can also apply a face peeling to your lips, if in doubt which one to buy, try Skin Milk Facial Scrub, I loved it.
Since the skin on the lips is thinner than on the rest of your face, you should remember to keep it moisturized. During the day treat your lips to a moisture rich lipstick (I hear the new Maybelline Superstay line is great, even though it's supposed to last for 16 hours straight. But, with little luck, you can get yours free if you send them your old long wear lip color. Maybelline Sweepstakes can be found here)
Treat your lips to a nourishing night too, apply a lip balm when going to bed.
