Why hasn't he called?

Did you ever fall for a guy on your first date, head over heels, while the butterflies were rampaging through your stomach?



You were on your best behavior, charming as hell, flirting and practically begging for the good night kiss. Finally, he dropped you off, gave you a peck on the cheek and told you he had a good time, finishing with 'I'll call you'.



The next day you spend half of your work day talking to your friends about the wonderful date you had, and the other one waiting for him to call. But, he doesn't. So, you wait some more, thinking he is playing tough, but the thing is he just doesn't call. Not this week, not ever.



Hurt and disappointed, you start thinking what's wrong with you and why can't anybody love you. The answer is: Nothing is wrong with you, you're perfectly lovable, and he's just a regular prick.



Trust me girls, I've been down that road many times. Sometimes I took me couple of weeks to get over it, eating large amounts of imported chocolate, analyzing what I did wrong, tormenting myself. Instead of calling my best friends, hitting the clubs and partying all night long.



Here's what I'm saying: If he hasn't called, his bad. Thank God you found out this early what a dishonest bozo he is. Don't waste your tears or your mental health on a person like that. Read my lips: you're wonderful, beautiful and entitled to find your prince charming.



Don't repeat my mistakes. I've found the perfect guy, for the time being :), and if you're not up to getting out there again just yet, there's nothing that will pick you up better than a gorgeous pair of shoes (like these Emilio Pucci dress sandals).
