White bread causes pimples

Pimples, blemishes, acne and other face menaces are quite normal when you're in your teens, but when we get closer to the big 3 0, it's just an embarrassment.

Although we've been told for ages that chocolate and burgers, together with chips and other fatty delights are the biggest cause of face skin irritations, scientists have proven otherwise.

It seems that food made of severely ground and highly processed grains causes all that. As scientists see it, white bread and pastry have a tendency to be easily digested, causing elevated blood sugar levels. Those in return cause mass production of insulin and IGF-1, which dilate pores and enhance sebum production. And there are your pimples!

The same foods, or over consumption of it, can also lead to diabetes and problems with sight, not to mention weight gain. Nothing to joke about!

So, switch to whole grain or integral bread and pastry, to keep your faces, weight and health in best shape.

And, if you want to hide your face skin imperfections, you'll find a lot of great advice on the Beauty and Sexy tips website.

As on advert says, fibre is like a broom inside the body. The lack of it prevents dirt from being swept away.

Lack of fibre also causes constipation.
