As the 'diet princess' is in fact my middle name, I couldn't turn a blind eye to a friend in need. Here it goes, my advice for FH on how to lose all the weight she wants
First of all, I think FH should eat more, but judging from photos on her blog, she is quite petite. Although, there is a chance her body thinks it's famine because of the too low calorie intake, so it has lowered its metabolism. It's essential you eat something as soon as you wake up FH darling, to boost up your body's calorie spending.
Second, she has to eat right. There are a lot of diets out there, but the one that has made me the fabulous curvy (think Marilyn Monroe) seducer is the Atkins diet. I'm not going to tell you how much I've lost, but between you and me, one slender model was shed off. I would recommend it to anyone, not only because it works, but because it has many health benefits besides the most obvious one. Also, I hate it when people call Atkins the meat diet - I know a lot of people doing vegetarian low-carb, and I myself am not a big fan of bloody stakes.
Third, and essential, FH has to exercise. We all do. I hate it and think of those 30 minutes five times a week as a punishment, but the sad truth is: you have to get physical to efficiently lose weight. Pure diet, especially Atkins, can make you lose significant weight, but then you'll be left with horrid skin too big for your body. Also, you wouldn't believe how much energy a 15 minute bike ride can give you. My only way to motivate you to exercise is: you will look fabulous! I am not giving out false promises, take my word for it and you'll see.
Darlings, especially FH, I know you can achieve your goal. You have to think about all the benefits of a slimmer you - from fabulous clothing to jealous looks your office nemesis will give you, from being healthier to having more confidence.
Please ask if there is anything else you are eager to know.

Everyone knows what an Atkins Diet is right? It is a (once?)popular low-carb, high protein diet fad which was first intended to the clinically obese, needing drastic weight loss. But then, anything in the modern world becomes a fad. Even the non-obese are

You are right... My metabolism is all screwed up. I barely ever eat breakfast. When I eat breakfast, I'm hungry for the rest of the day and end up eating 3 meals and 2 snacks. And I can't eat like that unless I exercise for 2 hours a day, something I don't have time for.
I need to make more time to physical activity though. I stay pretty thin without doing much, I just want the "last 5 pounds" to go away...
Thanks for all the helpful advice!
