What to wear to court?

Remember when I wrote about bumping my car a while ago? Well, it seems that I have to go to court, on account of the crying man calling the police. My lawyer friend (he's sooo cute, just like Taye Diggs from Kevin Hill!) assures me I have nothing to worry about, because I gave the man my car insurance information etc…
But, by now you must know me, and must have guessed that I'm wondering what to wear. As I've never been to court till now, I suppose a nice suit would be in order. I quite like the Akris Cardigan Suit from Nieman Marcus, but it's really too expensive. Although the white color suggests being innocent, doesn't it?
Or, should I get something like the Rebecca Taylor Textured suit form Bergdorf Goodman? In pale pink and looking so sweet, who could give me a fine?
My last find is Teri Jon lovely lacy jacket and skirt from Saks, on the picture left. It's in a nice ivory color, which should compliment my skin tone.

Go for the last one. Sensible yet feminine. Good luck on the court appearance!
The pink suit of course. There’s no point in hiding the fact that I’m a woman, nor wearing a black or navy outfit in which I wouldn’t feel right. It wasn’t an aggressivly pink suit, it was a mild, pale pink, really flattered my complexion.
