Although I just love earrings and they are my favorite accessories, I really can't make up my mind why the ones you can see on the photo left strike me as so weird.

Those are named Thorn double hoop earrings and I found them on Vivre. Thorn earrings were designed by Herve van der Straeten, and I would like to know what was the idea behind this ornament.

I don't think I could wear these with any piece of my wardrobe, because I have a feeling Thorn double hoop earrings are capable of making a person look rebellious and anarchistic.
