Celebrity hairstylist Garren of GARREN New York gave Victoria Beckham a striking new look just in time for Spring 2009 Fashion Week and the Marc Jacobs show last night.
Smitten by Victoria's energy and inspired by her incredible face shape and beautiful eyes, Garren said, "It was clear that we had to go short and create a new look that embraced her beauty, great personality and body."
