Don't know what to give him for Valentine's Day? How about cooking a romantic dinner?

I've found you two delicious and easy to make menus at All Recipes. First one consists of lemon rosemary salmon, mixed greens, walnut and gorgonzola salad, steamed Asparagus and a killer desert - strawberry tiramisu.

The other, vegetarian, menu offers artichoke bruschetta, angel hair pasta, arugula salad and chocolate orange fondue. The appropriate vines are mentioned, as well as serving and decoration tips.

If all else fails, reserve a table in one of the New York's finest restaurants (here's the list of the ones with reservations available), or order a take-out, put it on your best china and pretend it's all home made.

Anyhow, make sure that the dinner is light enough, you don't want him feeling too full - heavy sauces and red meats can kill the romantic feeling in a second!
