UV smart bikinis

Time and time again I have written about dangers of sun, but let me sum it up for you: sunrays can cause cancer, burns, skin dehydration and maybe most common of all: wrinkles (chances are that every heavily wrinkled lady neglected to put sunscreen on).

But what if you love the sun and the beach even though you know all this stuff? Firstly, wear 30+ SPF UVA and UVB sunscreen, and secondly, get yourself one of these bikinis, because they are designed to let you know how high is UV intensity while you're swimming, playing volleyball or sunbathing:

Both of these were designed by Solestrom Swimwear, to help beauty conscious girls stay alert about UV dangers. The first bikini has UV sensitive beads, which change color with UV intensity. The second one is more technologic - it has a belt with a small display showing you the exact amount of UV radiation.

Never again you will wonder if your sunscreen is doing a good enough job! Just watch your UV bikini meters and get to shade if the radiation is high!

By the way, check out other fun stuff on the Solestrom website, like this bikini which reveals hidden wording when exposed to sun rays.
