Toning your arms up for summer

It's a bliss to be able top wear short sleeve ore even sleeveless tops and dresses during the hot season. Appropriate even for work these lovely clothing items save my day, and I can't even imagine how women felt back than when they were frowned upon for showing their ankles, living their lives buttoned up.

Nonetheless, I always want to look my best, so before summer I always try to work on my arms, and I've already shown you some of my favorite exercises against arm flab.

I recently had to visit my doctor since I was feeling strange numbness and pain in my fingers, after some examination the diagnosis was: mild, start stage of carpal tunnel syndrome. This was of course because I spent way too much time using my keyboard and mouse, and the doctor's orders were to take breaks often and try to reduce time spent in front of a computer.

But, the true revelation came from a geek friend of mine, who was always crazed with gadgets, and he suggested using Powerball. I do not want this to sound like a commercial, but the day I got it, I got addicted to it!

After only a couple of days using it I realized that my hands and fingers do not hurt anymore, which was great, so I continued exercising every day while watching TV or reading a book, since it was so easy to do. I didn't strain it or tried to achieve a record, but as the time passed I noticed I rotate the gyro more quickly, thus heightening the pressure of the ball.
