Tone up your critical areas

Not to understate the importance of having great looking arms and cleavage, but tight abs, toned legs and a perky behind are the areas which will make you look wonderful in your swimsuit.

With summer, beach parties and swimming just around the corner every girl is in panic to get her lower body into shape. If you already excelled the abs workout and got your tummy in top shape, why not tone your lower body as well?

The best way to do it stress free (and without having to run for miles in this weather) is to do it the pilates way. No money for expensive gym classes? Don't worry, here's a nice video showing you exactly how to exercise:
