Fact no. 1: thin people eat 'watery' foods. Simply put, foods with a high water content - fruits, vegetables, water-based soups and stews, and cooked whole grains - are low in calories but satiating. Most also contain lots of fiber (an apple has three grams; one cup of cooked barley has six), which fills you up.
Fact no. 2: thin people eat from small plates. We've all heard it - eat five small meals rather than two big ones. Put your food on small plates to make it seem more.
Fact no. 3: thin people make time for themselves Thin women prioritize eating right, exercising regularly, and reducing stress - all of which are conducive to staying slim. And you shouldn't feel guilty for taking time off from your family or work.
Fact no. 4: thin people eat breakfast. Remember what I told you? Also, eat when it's time to eat and don't let yourself get famished, you'll only eat junk and too much of it, experts say. That means breakfast, lunch and dinner at least.
Fact no. 5: thin people are active. Even when they are sitting down, thin people are more likely to fidget, swing their legs or do any kind of activity. Key to losing and maintaining weight is also regular workout, but you know that already, don't you?
Fact no. 6: thin people step on the scale. Once you lose the weight you wanted, keep on track with weighing yourself once or twice a week. Set your maximum wanted weight and when you're close to reaching it, increase the amount of workout you're doing or lay off the ice cream. It's easier to loose
three pounds than thirty, ain't it?Well, girls, all of this sounds reasonable. So, get those sneakers on and run to the store, to get all the ingredients you need for a healthy breakfast and dinner.
