The purse that remembers
Posted on 29 April 2006

I can't even remember how many times I left my mobile behind. Or forgot to take my wallet with me when leaving the house (big thanks to all those nice people who paid for my coffee). It's not a nice thing to be forgetful, but the sad truth is that I am.
When I was still living with my mom, she used to make me check 'the list' before going out, but things got more difficult once I moved out.
The new Ladybag might solve my problem. A new kind of fabric purse can detect its contents and alert the owner when something is missing., says Tracy Staedter, in an article on Discovery News.
The wonderful new handbag is the work of six female students, who formed a Ladybug team and decided to produce something that would make women's life easier.
I'd like to say thank you Ladybugs, if only in advance since the Ladybag is not yet available for purchase. The girls will also implement emoticons on the bag, which will sense how the owner is feeling and show it, as well as solar power cells that are bound to shed some light when you're searching the contents of your purse.
