Tall or small, it's difficult to find clothes

Well, wouldn't the world be such a boring place if all of us were the same built? Women Barbie like and man wide shouldered, over 1,85 m tall? Every sane person understands that women come in so many different sizes, except of clothes makers, of course.

Earlier girls with curves had hard time finding clothes that fit, but today it's not really an issue anymore. You can be a double X size and find trendy, fashionable clothes. That is, if you're not small or really tall.

There's a great article about fashion for short or tall women on Telegraph website, under the title The long and short of it...It's not merely a question of taking hems up or down. Without complicated and downright inconvenient alterations, the darts, sleeves and waistlines of tailored pieces fall in the wrong place on very small or very tall women. Charlotte Mackaness writes.
