Taking your clothes off

Reality check: First of all, the girls in glossy magazines have cellulite, weak and fragile hair, ugly moles or pimples, but they also have skilful Photoshop
artists to cover it up. So in reality we see artistic drawings of perfect people, who we than compare to and torment ourselves about.Second, I panicked about taking my clothes off too, but then I realized that it was all in my head, and why the hell would I mind what people I don't know think about the state my buttocks are in? And, when it comes to stripping for that special someone, my policy has changed from 'what's he going to say' to 'if he doesn't like something on my bod, he might as well get lost'. I'm now happy fulfilling only my own expectations.

"You have to be firm about it when you make up your mind to do something you like and you've been thinking about doing for a long time," said Sofia, yahoo news report.
Although I am not suggesting any of you to strip nude at your first opportunity, there is a thing to be learnt from the lovely Sofia Loren: never be ashamed of your body. Not now, not when you're seventy. (and also, once again, diamonds are a girl's best friend :P)
