As a working girl in the city, my feet take a beating most days. Beautiful shoes combined with lots of walking are an ugly combination, let me tell you! But products like The Body Shop's Peppermint Cooling Foot Soak are a lovely weekly indulgence to aid in foot repair.

This epsom salt-based soak relieves swelling and leaves feet cool and refreshed. It's a great pre-cursor to an at home pedicure, which I've been embracing more and more these days thanks to the painful economy. Follow up with the matching foot scrub, mask and lotion and you're ready for a few coats of your favorite pedi color. I'm loving essie Raspberry or Style.Berry - two deep pinks that look great on tips or toes. Next step? Sandal shopping!
