Diet and Nutrition
by Ivy on March 8, 2006

At 720 calories, a dieter can basically have one slice of cheesecake and 'not much else' for the rest of the day. Not too thrilling...not at all.
And what's worse, the pieces are so small that: Each slice could easily be consumed in four bites by a small child, much less an adult. That's about 200 calories per bite! Scary, isn't it?
So, although I'm not a big fan of counting every calorie that goes into your mouth, you should really think about it when you're grabbing one to go on your way to work. Get familiar with nutrition information about Starbucks coffees and pastry served at Starbucks, and don't undermine your diet by not knowing!
Keep those bums perky and those hips lean my girls!
