Ready? Set? SHOP!

1. Wear comfortable shoes. I can't believe I even need to list this one, but it amazes me when I see women tottering along in sky-high heels for an entire day of retail therapy. I know some women live in heels, but wearing flat, or almost flat, shoes will make your legs feel so much better at the end of the day.
2. Wear comfortable clothing. How can you efficiently
3. Stay well hydrated. Either tote along some water or make frequent stops for beverages (at least once per hour or so).

4. Eat. Today is not the day to start your Last Chance Diet just because you stuffed yourself yesterday. You need stamina
to make it through the day and the only way you'll get it is to eat healthy. 5. Stick to your list! You did make one, didn't you?? Using (and sticking to) your list of items will help your budget when temptation strikes, as it surely will. Retailers are smart, remember?
6. Have fun! The only way to truly survive Day After Thanksgiving shopping is to have a sense of humor. It's going to be busy, parking is going to be hard to find and there will be so many people crawling all over the place...you knew that going in, right?
