Product review Tuesday: Gliss Asia Beauty sucks
Posted on 16 May 2006

Remember when I wrote about a new line of Schwartzkopf Asia Beauty products? Although I was impressed by the performance of the product at first, the lotus-oil enhanced hair spray became a pain after a week or so.
It developed a massive build-up, so instead of making my hair shiny, it, in fact, turned it dull and shineless! Go figure! As soon as I stopped using it (and had a few good washes with a mighty purifying shampoo), my hair regained its former natural shine.
But, as you might have suspected, that wasn't good enough for me. So, I purchased Wella Shockwaves Boosting Spray and got just what I wanted: a tender hold, great waves and best of all, much less frizz. This has become my number 1 in-hurry-no-time-to-style-my-hair product. Have been using it for almost two months now and it hasn't failed me yet.
I simply wash my hair, let wrap it in a towel, after a few minutes I spray the booster in and scrunch my locks. I dry it with a Diffuser and I'm ready to go in 15 min. Mind you, I still use the Gliss Asia Beauty on my hair ends, to stick together possible split-ends, but that's just because I hate throwing stuff away.
