Plump It Up

It's not every day that I think to myself, "gosh, I'd love to be a bit plumper." Except when I'm referring to my hair, of course. My fine, occasionally limp strands could certainly use some fattening up! Hair master Frederic Fekkai answers my wishes with his new volumizer, the All-Day Hair Plump.
