Panty liner trouble
Posted on 20 July 2007

I use panty liners as a must, every day. It makes me feel, well, fresher if you know what I mean. But after one bad yeast infection I endured my gynecologist advised me to stop using panty liners, or to change the brand for something more natural.
The thing is – normal panty liners are made of plastic, which combined with tight fitting panties stops your skin from breathing, while heightening the area temperature and moistness. Which is, as you must know, ideal yeast and bacteria growth environment.
To cut the long story short – I started using Natracare panty liners, and didn't have one yeast infection afterwards.
