I just came from New York's International Beauty Show, which is a great place to scope out upcoming brands (though the best is mixed in with plenty of the rest.) The most beautifully designed line to catch my eye today was undoubtedly Butter London, a boutique salon chain and collection of nail lacquer that's "Big 3 free" or free of formaldehyde, toluene and DBP (phthalate).

butter london offers rich neutrals, gorgeous reds and trendy it colors like Fash Pack, a mousy gray named for the group of British women who are truly slaves to fashion, or work for one of the top UK fashion magazines.
