Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover

I needed a new eye makeup remover, so I zipped into my local drugstore. This is one of those products (unlike facial masks) that I don't feel I have to spend a lot of money on, so after perusing the different offerings, I picked up Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover. I tried it a few hours later and in a word: I love it. Okay, that's three words. Seriously, a cotton ball and a little of this remover and your eye makeup comes off extremely easily (and that's important for not tugging at the delicate eye area).
You shake the bottle a little and you can see what looks like oily action going on, although the product is oil free. Whatever is swirling around in there took off all my eyeshadow and mascara in a few swipes. Plus, the area around my eyes didn't feel tight or dry. If you're looking for a good, inexpensive eye makeup remover, this is definitely one to try.
