Mother's day gift idea

Well, if you're expecting me to list 20 products you could give your mom for Mother's day, then you would be wrong. You can find good ideas on the Mighty Goods website, just search for "mother's day", or you can give your mom any of the makeup-cosmetic gift bags like the ones at Drugstore, Sephora or Neiman Marcus.

What I'm suggesting is for you to invest not money, but time, and give your mom a really special gift of spending quality time together. This of course doesn't mean you shouldn't buy her flowers, but I'm sure your mother would prefer nothing better than to sit down with you with a nice cup of coffee and talk. I know my mother always has < wonderful time when I get the Saturday off, take her to lunch and a walk through the park with our pet dog.

Also, since you're spending so much time surfing the Internet why don't you show your mother how to do it too? My mom sometimes forgets to make my dad his dinner since I've shown her how to google. Now she reads story boards of every Desperate Housewives episode before watching it, which kind of takes the magic away for me because she shares the future plot with me over the phone.

Anyhow, don't forget to show her the wonderful Aging Fabulous blog. It's fun to read and offers good advice on aging. Look what SP Bragg wrote about bras: "But here is what caught my attention. A bra that is the right size, can make you look younger?? Are we talking about pushing things up to where they use to be?? Fortunately/unfortunately I never had enough to droop in the first place. I guess not being a C cup has its advantages!!"
