Get some workout (check out my post A global workout), to get your blood flowing faster, and to wake your body from winter sleep.
Second, start a healthy diet. If your tummy feels bloated from all the carbo you've been putting in, get off carbohydrates for two weeks, and eat calcium rich food. This means veggies, fruits, eggs and fish.
After you've cleaned your body from elevated carb levels, it's time to fill it up with vitamins, and loose some weight too. So, eat only fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water. Rediscover soups and enjoy being a vegetarian for one week!
