The only thing you can do with pores is to make them less visible. Pores look enlarged because they are filled up with excess oils, makeup residue or dead skin cells. The key to less visible pores is a good facial routine, which means removing makeup - always, washing and moisturizing your skin and exfoliating it on a regular basis.
Good facial scrub is very important. I would recommend using Biore if you have acne problems and Philosophy if your skin is normal.
This regimen should make your face look really great and your pores less visible. If you have specially nasty nose, chin and forehead blackheads (which are simply clogged pores), check out my article on getting rid of blackheads.

I don't use scrubs but have found that Aqua Glycolic, a facial cleanser with 12% glycolic acid, used twice a day keeps my pores clean. I've been using it for 5 months now and am, for the first time in my 40-something years of life, getting compliments on my skin.
