The highlight of my recent trip to Los Angeles was the Studio at Fred Segal's beauty department. For those who've never been, it's a gorgeous full level of emerging and niche beauty brands - many exclusively available there. One company in particular that caught my eye was Soap & Paper Factory.
Packaged in lush, richly patterned papers, this line of bath and body goodies is produced in Nyack, NY and uses only the freshest and most natural ingredients (often organic and local). My favorite product in the line is the delightfully scented Salt Scrub in Green Tea ($44). The fresh, heady fragrance makes it an indulgence and the drier nature of this scrub make it an effective exfoliator. To shop online, visit www.soapandpaperfactory.com.
