Learn from other people’s mistakes
Posted on 16 January 2006
Have you ever browsed through your favorite beauty magazine and saw a picture of some celebrity dressed like she/he has never seen a mirror? The colors were wrong, the materials too, and the clothes really didn't fit their figure? Did you think you were going insane, or that the fashion world somehow switched overnight to display only ugly, mismatched clothes?
Well, it happened to me on numerous occasions, but when I talked about it with my friends many of them expressed an opinion that the celebrities must know what they're doing "I mean, those people have personal stylists." said my friend.
Errrrr, or not, maybe they have managed to escape the watchful eye somehow. No, my dear girls, you are not going blind: famous people tend to dress bad too.
I ran into this hilarious web site, named: Go Fug Yourself, which deals with celebrity fashion victims. Heather and Jessica, who run the site, are harsh judges, but they write the truth. I like their newest post, where they criticize Posh Spice: There are few people in the world who can get away with wearing actual chaps — cowboys being primary among them — but just look at you.So, learn from celebrity mistakes, don't let anybody see you trying to pull of one of the outfits presented on the Fug site.
