It’s not summer yet

If you're wondering what's going on with your favorite blogger, and imagining wonderful and trendy things she might be doing instead of writing, I must disappoint you: I was in bed since Sunday evening, going through a nasty cold.
I attended a BBQ on Sunday. When I was leaving the house weather was just perfect, with little puffy clouds in the sky, and the sun was shining. So naturally, taking a jacket with me was the last thing on my mind. Imagine my surprise when weather turned in the middle of the afternoon, wind started blowing and soon enough the rain hit us. Wet and cold to the bone I returned home – on my bike – and started sneezing and sobbing all over. Headache, tons of tissues and a chicken soup were my sole companions for the last two days.
Well, I should have known better, that's all one has to say. Also, I've learnt the hard way that summer is not really here yet. So, if you want to avoid tedious cold, flu and sore throat, get yourself a nice jacket.
