As I see it, nothing can go wrong here, all of the ingredients make sense, and you should get a good result, if only temporary, since olive oil and egg is never going to penetrate your hair. Also, I seriously doubt Paris Hilton fiddles around with eggs and oil, but maybe she really has someone to do it for her.

Anyhow, if you're looking for a longer lasting hair boost, try coconut or sunflower oil.
