Holiday Makeup the MAC Way

Hey, the holidays are still going on, so don't forget the next round of parties celebrating New Year's Eve. What makeup looks haven't you tried yet? Is it because you're comfortable in your current look or because you don't want to step outside of your makeup zone out of fear?

You can't go wrong with makeup. If you put something on and don't like it, that's what makeup remover is for. Just take it off and start over. If you're feeling ambitious and want to try a new look, consider these tips. I'm giving you some ideas to try, all with mac makeup.

* The Glamour Look
You'll want liquid liner in a dark color, but don't think your only option is black. How about a cool deep violet or electric green? Add lipstick in color Stylistic, keep the rest of your face neutral (matte powder is a must) and you're good to go.



* The Shimmer

* The Colorful Look

MAC colors tend to be very concentrated, so keep that in mind and apply with a light hand. It's so much easier to add more than try to take some off if it's too much.
