Healthy low cal snacks

It's really difficult to snack away once you're on a diet. Watching out for every calorie you put in your mouth is really frustrating, and it's difficult to put together three decent meals, let alone snacks.
But when you get hungry between meals the worst thing to do would be to grab something without thinking, because it could be a decadent chocolate bar. I suggest surfing to the Fashionable Housewife blog, where Amethyst lists a big roll of healthy snacks.
Choose from yogurt, nuts, popcorn, fruit and other foods, learn how much to eat and which diet plan a particular snack fits in. Lovely job, great to print out and keep on the fridge in case of sudden cravings.
On a separate not, I'd like to send my best to the housewife, Sarah-Jean, who is expecting a baby.
