Having pedicure smudge problems?
Posted on 22 December 2006

Having perfect pedicure is essential, even in winter. If you're wondering why the hell should your toes be in its best condition, consider the faint opportunity of an oil magnate falling in passionate love with you and taking you to Hawaii in the middle of winter. On the other hand, you might want to wear the latest fashion trend, the tights-sandal style, where you can very easily run your best and most expensive pair of cashmere tights with rough heels.
But getting a pedicure in winter can be quite a challenging task. If you want the perfect polish to dry up completely you have to wait at least half an hour in the salon reading old issues of Vogue, and even that does not assure your pedicured toes to reach home in mint condition.
Kimmie, the absolute queen of pretty thing finding, came up with a genius pair of pedicure boots. She writes:
"After wearing them you get your pedicure done up to the time when they begin to polish your toes. At this point, you put the boots on and press the toe down which allows your toes to sit on top of this and you get them polished. Now you're shoes are on and your feet stay warm although it seems like you're toes would be exposed; however, you have not messed up your polish and I'm sure you can get in your car or in the cab to your next destination."
Thumbs up for the designers! Now, you will never again have to watch your toes get all messed up in winter!
