There is no greater accessory to enhance one girl's beauty than a smile. A big, wide, ear to ear smile can work wonders even with the toughest souls, and get you places where Prada handbag or Gucci shoes won't.

But it's very difficult to smile sometimes, whether the winter's blues or your loved one is giving you trouble. Some of our problems may seem so big to us, and they can be overwhelming. One of he things to do is to give in to the blues and let yourself time to heal.

The other way to go is to tell your troubles to someone. If your girlfriends just wouldn't understand you, your mother is too old-fashioned and your cat has had enough, get the load off and write to E. Jean over at Elle.
