Fat reducing pills that really work!

Don't fear, you needn't give up your tasty lunch or start sweating in the gym: the wonderful Dr. Alexandra Einerhand from Nederlands has discovered (and tested!) fat reducing pills that really work.
The Reuters article says: A study presented here at Digestive Disease Week 2006 shows that conjugated linoleic acid supplements induce a change in body fat distribution, with the greatest fat reductions occurring in the abdomen and legs. Meanwhile, body weight and body mass index are essentially unaffected.
The good doctor has been testing her magic pill on obese people for six months, and had the results ready to be presented at the Digestive Disease Week 2006: average 5.6% drop in body fat and 3.1 cm lost in waist.
Before you scream Yuhu! and throw all your workout outfit to the trash, be aware that it might take some time to analyze CLA-fat reduce some more. In case you're wondering what the hell am I talking about, read the wiki article on CLA. It seems that the most of natural conjugated linoleic acid can be found in lamb and dairy products.
I would like to stress out that, although CLA pills will presumably make some of your fat go away and your muscles grow, you are bound to change your lifestyle in order to lose weight.
