Yes, you read correctly - there really are exercises to help you de-stress your eyes, much like regular yoga helps you relax, tone and be healthy. Aparna writes:
"These exercises will help you get rid of eyestrain and tension. Your vision will get better and clearer as the ophthalmic, or eye nerves receive a richer supply of blood."
Follow her easy to do exercise, or eye yoga as she calls it, and enjoy the benefits of stress less eyes. I did it after an eight-hour computer marathon
