Eye yoga

Well, although I considered myself the no. 1 beauty tutorial writer, I see other beauty bloggers are getting the drift. I am happy to say I have found great step by step instructions on eye yoga.
Yes, you read correctly – there really are exercises to help you de-stress your eyes, much like regular yoga helps you relax, tone and be healthy. Aparna writes:
"These exercises will help you get rid of eyestrain and tension. Your vision will get better and clearer as the ophthalmic, or eye nerves receive a richer supply of blood."
Follow her easy to do exercise, or eye yoga as she calls it, and enjoy the benefits of stress less eyes. I did it after an eight-hour computer marathon and it indeed did help!

I know one for the eyes and one for the stomach. I used to practice yoga, but I have no more time for it now and I’m so sorry about it.
Darling, as I always say, you have to make time to treat your body nicely. I think this exercise takes only 10 minutes and can benefit you sooo much!
Excellent, I really need the help with my eyes. Just started to wear glasses but hope this will help.
