Exercise less!

I thought that this day might never come, but I am advising you to exercise less. Not once a year though, but 15 minutes every day, or every second day is enough for a girl, whether your goal is to lose weight or just tone up your muscles.
If you start going to gym as a new year's resolution, give it your best and exercise with all your might, you are bound to give it up after two weeks tops. This is mainly because you, as well as your muscles, get tired.
So, instead of going mad and doing weight lifting for 60 minutes every day, learn how to exercise properly. Brooke Siler, a famous pilates instructor (yes, she taught Madonna), states that you'll loose s much weight exercising quality and properly for 15 minutes as a girl doing the Stair master for an hour.
