For a good two years now I am very careful what I eat and how much I exercise and reading The Fashionable Housewife Holyday Eating Tips post made me remember how much I loved pies, sauces and mashed potatoes. That gal can really write I tell you! Here's a snip from her post:
"If you come across something really good at a buffet table, like frosted Christmas cookies in the shape and size of Santa, position yourself near them and don't budge. Have as many as you can before becoming the center of attention. They're like a beautiful pair of shoes. If you leave them behind, you're never going to see them again."
I am going to listen to my wise friend and eat all I can and want from Christmas Eve to 1. January, forgetting all about food fright.
Many experts agree that you should indulge in food you like from time to time, and the holiday season is just great for that. This will make you exercise discipline when going back to your healthier eating habits. And don't be worried, you will certainly stay in the 5 pound radius, which can be lost in a month of good diet and exercise.
I am so into this holiday binge I am already planning all the cakes, cookies and chocolate delights I am going to bake - and eat!

hey ya of course you should enjoy christmas. Thats what I do and I stay the same.
