Eat breakfast to lose weight

If you're like me girls, than you're more prone to hitting the snooze button, for that 5 minutes extra sleep, than jumping out of bed. I mean, is it possible for a working girl to have a career AND to party occasionally?
And when I'm rushing through my emergency beauty routine, putting on whatever I find first in my closet and taking my makeup to go (my first stop at work is the toilet, with its big mirrors), the last thing on my mind is to eat something.
But the thing is, I should. And you should too. WebMD says that the key to a good diet program is to eat breakfast, because if you don't you'll end up stuffing your face for lunch and overeating for dinner.
The perfect thing to do would be to eat at least a yogurt with some fresh fruits, or a glass of orange juice and a piece of toast. This would take you only a couple of minutes to make and eat, and your body would appreciate it.
Also, while you're browsing WebMD, don't forget to check out the why coffee is, in fact, good for you. It turns out that the magic morning drink, which wakes us sleeping beauties up, is richer in anti-oxidants than broccoli. Yuhu!
