Also, if you feel the need to perfect some of your 'trouble' areas (mine are tummy, upper legs and buttocks), you are probably in the know with specific exercises for those body parts.
I have recently discovered that my upper arms are loosing their tonus, and almost freaked out imagining floppiness when waving or otherwise using my arms. So, I have surfed the web and found some easy and neat exercises for arms on Shape.com, that include concentration curl, single-arm dumbbell curl and a straight bar curl.
Now, I know what you're thinking: where could I get my hands on some dumbbells? Well, you can certainly get some by purchasing online, or you can make your own using water bottles!
I'm starting my program today afternoon, and am sure to report how it goes! BTW, if you're concerned about muscle pain from exercise, you should read my article about Cherry Juice.

I am surely writing ybout tummy exercise, b/c this is one of my paintful spots. Situps, benchwork and torture machines kneelbefore my tummy.

My trouble area is the tummy. I have what I call a "belly pooch". Little blob of fat right under the belly button. Sucks.
