Dressing for a baby
Do you know that feeling when you wake up in the morning especially beautiful, the look in the mirror does not show some horrible facial hair gone wild mamma, but an elegant, wonderful you? Those are the days when we want to put on our best dresses, take our time to shave legs and put on flirty makeup.

No one has ever managed to explain to me why I feel super beautiful sometimes, until now. The New Scientist Magazine says it's all about the hormones and women's urge to produce an offspring: (Shame on me, I'm blushing)
"Working with a group of 30 women aged 18 to 37, Martie Haselton of the University of California, Los Angeles, and colleagues took two full-body photographs of each woman, one close to ovulation when the woman was highly fertile, and one at a point of low fertility in the menstrual cycle. Volunteers were then invited to decide which of the two photos showed the woman trying to look more attractive. They chose the woman in her "high fertility" photo some 59.5 per cent of the time more often than would be expected by chance"

Easy conclusion: If you're dressing up it means your biological clock is kicking in.

The only thing I have to say about this is that we are, as it turns out, only slaves of our bodies.
