Designers on a budget

It's easier than ever for a girl on a budget to look gorgeous, and wear spectacular clothes. Even if your spending budget is nowhere near the designer items found on Saks, you can still look like million bucks.

That is because well known designers recently found a new hobby: designing collections especially for the less money-able ones. I love it! Among the newest additions to the 'charitable' designers is Behnaz Sarafpour, a fabulous young designer who is the only one ever to have her collection presented at Tiffany's. You can check her Fall 2006 Ready to Wear collection at Style, but I'd like to inform you that she also designed for Target, the items are so gorgeous and yet so cheap! Don't believe me?
