Cherries can help you exercise
Hating to exercise as much as I do, one must retreat to various tricks to do the boring deed in order to keep the buttocks tight and the tummy - well - somewhat flat. I have discovered some time ago the power of music when exercising is concerned and have shared it with you, and now it's time for a new revelation:

Cherries are the thing if you suffer from sore muscles after exercising.

You see, scientists have recently discovered that eating cherries after exercising, or drinking the juice of this fruit can lower possibility of sore muscles and lower the pain if the inflammation starts anyway. This benefit can also lead to greater muscle strength.

So, now we have one less excuse to skip the gym. Even if you haven't exercised in ages, buy some cherries and go for a ride on your bike or go swimming and drink a cup of cherry juice afterwards. Your body will thank you.
