Beyond nude lips
Posted on 29 December 2006

Runways and fashion shows are full of not only nude lips, but almost blended, non-existent lips. As you can see on the photo taken on Louis Vuitton show, beyond nude lips can look unattractive, and also bring out baggy eyes.
But if you're up for something new, and want to be different from all those wearing screaming red (and you did get a good night's sleep), why not give it a try?
Sheer gloss won't cut it with beyond nude lips, since all of our lips are pinkish by nature. You will have to dress your lips in foundation first, the exact same one you put on the rest of your face. Once it dries away, dab a bit of loose powder to seal the foundation in. Some makeup artists also suggest applying a bit of eyeshadow (in colors like Smashbox Credit or Filter) over all of that.
Sounds interesting enough to try. Report back on how the beyond nude lips worked for you.
