I was reading the Get Go Retro Blog and came across these 7 Rules of Makeup that are Ageless. I've seen (and practiced) every single one of these "rules" and was glad to see the valid arguments against them.
At this point, are they rules or myths? My philosophy is, take what you can use and leave the rest. If cold water rinses after your shampoo work for you, then by all means continue to do them. I gave them up a long time ago because freezing cold water on my back at the end of my showers leaves much to be desired.

A few other rules/myths discussed are:
* Tweezing above the brow line (I do it)
* Always using lip Liner (I don't)
* Rubbing your wrists together after applying perfume (I do)
Check out which ones have worked or not worked for you. You may end up making a major change to your beauty routine as a result.
'Til next time, my pretties.
