Since it's Christmas Eve, my darling felt the urge to see his rather large family, which means extensive preparations for me as well. Also, if you forgot to purchase a real nail polish corrector pen, try to mend damage with a cotton swab dipped in some polish remover. It does not work as well, and you will have to change swabs often in order to prevent polish build up and transfer, but better something than nothing right?

If you want my most honest opinion, perform all your beauty wonders and procedures behind locked doors, which will prevent all interferences from other household members. Don't leave the sanctity of a bathroom even if your darling is in desperate need of a toothbrush, shower or razor and stay focused on important things. This way you'll be the first one to get ready, so you can also get mad because you are, for once, late because he took such a long time to prepare.
