Beauty pageant contestants are beauty experts
Posted on 05 February 2007

Girls appearing in various beauty pageants are one of the most beauty trained people on earth. They use nylon, duct tape, butt glue and much more to look perfect without professional help.
As Kathleen Hennessey puts it, pageant contestants are a beauty savvy crowd, working hard to win the scholarship:
"Contestants use toupee tape to keep dresses and costumes in place. Or in the case of Miss Kansas Michelle Walther, it's used with nylon to construct a sort of shoulder pad for one of her hips, which she says are uneven.
Before going to bed, Miss North Carolina Elizabeth Horton puts hemorrhoid cream on her thighs, wraps them in plastic wrap and puts on a pair of panty hose."
So, if you'd like to know all the beauty tips and tricks there are, find your way to a backstage pass for any beauty pageant. Keep your eyes opened and take notes, some of this top-secret beauty knowledge might come in handy.
