Some foods that are good for you don't have to be eaten for you to receive their yummy benefits. At vital juice daily, you can find three recipes for natural masks using ingredients you probably have on hand in your own kitchen. There's a recipe for different skin types: oily, combination, and dry.

These recipes are simple and you only need 1-3 ingredients for each. I love finding new beauty products that I can get out of my fruit drawer. It's economical, it's handy and makes my skin lovely? I'm sold.
Using a facial mask once a week or so is a great way to take care of your skin. Plus, if you're the busy type, this will help you to take a few moments to relax. Put on some soft music, settle in with a cup of herbal tea, and make yourself beautiful while you're at it.
'Til next time, my pretties.
