A New ‘Do Courtesy of Garren New York

I've been having hair issues for a while now. My fine, long hair has been appearing limp and lifeless and I was long overdue for a great haircut. Thankfully, I was lucky enough to win a gift certificate to Garren New York at the CEW Product Demo a few months ago and finally put it to good use last night with a fab cut by Manabu Unno.
Unno was friendly and extremely precise and communicative. He gave me a cut with more shape and cleaned up the pesky, irregular ends left by a razor-happy stylist several months ago. He also gave me sideswept bangs once again, which are a great trick to slimming the face.
Garren's salon in the Sherry Netherland Hotel is a small space but airy, clean, modern and bright. From the reception desk staff to the shampoo girls and stylists, everyone was very friendly and accommodating, which can be a rarity in high end salons, where attitude tends to abound.
