A leaf in gold

Surfing through Polkadots and Moonbeams, a great and fun site to look at and to find gorgeous stuff, I stumbled upon this wonderful 24K Gold Leaf Chain Necklace.
As it turned out, the designer, Michelle Roy, dips a real leaf in gold and makes necklaces out of it. Eva Longoria, my favorite Desperate Housewife, has been seen sporting one of these, which is one more reason why I'm going to invest some money in this perfect accessory.
The Leaf chain can be worn as a necklace, a choker if double looped or as a belt. A multi purpose accessory for a trendy girl!

I’m actually not into leaf or feather shapes in jewelry, but this necklace looks so delicate, like it might crumble if you squeeze it too hard, that I can’t resist it. I’ve never really seen anything like it, gorgeous!
I don’t think the leaf would break if squeezed unintentionaly, but I would be really careful when wearing it.
